Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Vladimir Vashnev for the Delve expense tracker at get-delve.app and in the installed app.
By creating an account, using a guest account, or otherwise using Delve, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use Delve.
The service
Delve helps you record expenses, organize wallets, set budgets, and review spending. Extra wallets, shared wallets, extra budgets, extra currencies, and AI summaries are part of Delve Pro.
Features may change over time. While your account exists, you can record and view your expenses, except during maintenance, outages, or when an account must be restricted under these terms.
Accounts
You can sign in with Google or email. On the mobile app, you can start with a guest account and later link Google or email so your records stay available on other devices.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to the Google or email account you use to sign in.
A guest account does not offer sign-out, because there would be no way back into those records until you link a permanent sign-in.
Your records
You keep ownership of the transactions, notes, and other records you enter.
You give Delve permission to store, display, and process those records in order to run the service. That includes sync, budgets, wallets you choose to share, email about your account, and AI summaries you request.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Delve does not check your transactions against a bank.
Acceptable use
Use Delve for lawful personal or household expense tracking.
Do not access another person’s account or wallet without permission, misuse invite links, interfere with the service, or store information you do not have the right to store.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Delve Pro
Delve Pro is an optional paid subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm a purchase.
Apple, Google Play, or Stripe charges you, depending on where you subscribe. Delve does not store your card number.
Cancel through the store or payment account you used. Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not refund a period you already paid for, except where that store’s rules or the law require a refund.
Deleting the Delve app, or signing out, does not cancel a subscription.
No financial advice
Budgets, charts, exchange rates, and AI summaries are tools for looking at your own records. They can be incomplete or wrong.
Nothing in Delve is financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own money decisions.
Availability and liability
Delve is provided as available. We work to keep it running. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that exchange rates will be current, or that AI summaries will be correct.
To the extent allowed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Delve is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. If we are liable for a claim, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Delve Pro in the three months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that limit is zero.
This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.
Ending use
You may stop using Delve at any time. Email hi@get-delve.app to ask us to delete your account.
We may stop providing Delve, or close an account that breaks these terms. When we have an email address for you, we will send notice. If the service itself is shut down, we will give you a reasonable chance to request your records first, unless an account must be closed immediately to protect other people or the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the latest version. If you keep using Delve after an update, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using Delve and ask us to delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are handled by the courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan, except where the law requires a different venue.
