Delve, a multi-currency expense tracker, is built by Vladimir Vashnev. He made it for his own family, who earn and spend in more than one currency, and they still use it every day. This page explains who is behind Delve and why it exists.
Delve is built by one person. Vladimir is a solo founder, a freelancer and a digital nomad who lives in Kazakhstan. Like many people we write for, his income and his spending rarely happen in the same currency.
Before building Delve, Vladimir tried dozens of expense trackers. Each one had something that got in the way of daily use. Logging a single purchase took far too many taps. Many apps didn't support more than one currency at all. And spending reports were hard to read and awkward to use.
Most expense trackers assume one currency, or make you pick a currency for a whole wallet. Delve lets you log each purchase in the currency you actually paid in. Totals, budgets and charts then add up in your own currency.
The rest of Delve is built to stay out of the way. You log an expense in a few taps right from the main screen, with the currency picker next to the amount. Reports show what matters: where the money went by category and how your spending changes from month to month.
